Onboarding.

A base setup plus the setup of each machine department: DKK 24,995 plus DKK 10,000 per machine department.

Payment: 50% on signing and 50% at go-live. On an annual agreement, onboarding can be spread over the first 12 months.

Onboarding includes

1Meetings with planners, salaried staff and hourly workers
2Import of machines, crews, employees and ongoing projects
3Analysis of data, capacity and workflows
4Setup of Fora Planning and each machine department
5Three training sessions: planners (approx. 3 hours), salaried staff (approx. 2 hours), hourly workers (approx. 1–1.5 hours)
6Go-live support and a follow-up meeting after 30 days

Upgrading.

Capacity limits cannot be exceeded. More capacity requires a larger plan.
The new monthly price applies from the first full month after the upgrade.
Onboarding on upgrade: DKK 10,000 per new machine department, whenever it happens.
